We are seeking a fluent Korean and English Interpreter to bridge the communication gap between our team and our Korean-speaking clients/partners/employees. You will play a vital role in ensuring that technical details, business nuances, and cultural context are accurately conveyed in real time.
Key Responsibilities
Live Interpretation: Provide accurate consecutive or simultaneous interpretation during meetings, calls, or site visits.
Clear Communication: Translate spoken Korean to English and English to Korean, ensuring tone and intent remain intact.
Cultural Guidance: Help clarify cultural differences to prevent misunderstandings between parties.
Translation: Assist with translating short emails or written documents as needed.
Required Skills
Fluency: High-level proficiency in both Korean (Native/Fluent) and English.
Focus: Strong active listening skills and the ability to process information quickly.
Professionalism: A neutral, objective approach with a commitment to strict confidentiality.
Experience: Previous experience in Manufacturing / Business settings is preferred.

Environment: On-site in Kokomo
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Occasional overtime may be required
